When you purchase the Career Transitions Package for your team members, they get full access to our job search package which includes a resume rewrite, a LinkedIn audit, and multiple coaching sessions. 

We will open up our entire library of career courses to them for the time period selected. 

Additionally, we will make connections if we have them through our executive recruiting arm and invite them into our talent community.

We have several options.

We know that layoffs usually happen due to financial pressures so we understand that everyone will be coming to us with different budgets. 

With that in mind, we can offer different packages at different price points. We have three-month, six-month, and one-year packages available. 

While we cannot guarantee that your team members will land their next role during their time with us, we do our best to provide them with the resources and dedicated support to guide them during the time they spend using our services.

There will be a brighter day.

Being laid off is awful but we truly believe there are brighter days ahead especially when companies invest in their people. 

Job searching is a team sport. We encourage our clients to also continue supporting their team members during their transition. We’ve some companies do this in really impactful ways such as making introductions and connections for employees in transition.
